We’re happy when your dog joins you. To keep things pleasant for everyone, there are a few simple guidelines – brief and clear.
We love dogs. And we like to keep things uncomplicated.
Dogs on leash in the garden
If other guests are around, we kindly ask that you keep your dog on a leash. It helps create a calm, considerate, and relaxed atmosphere for everyone throughout the property.
The pool area is dog-free
Dogs are not permitted in the pool area. This helps keep the area clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
Leaving your dog alone
If your dog becomes anxious or starts barking in unfamiliar surroundings, please don’t leave them alone in the apartment for extended periods. It’s less stressful for your dog – and helps everyone else enjoy a peaceful stay, too.

Please keep dogs off the beds and sofa. Even with thorough cleaning, beds and upholstered furniture require extra care. We kindly ask that you help us keep these areas dog-free out of consideration for hygiene, the furnishings, and future guests.
Little accidents or minor damage
SIf an accident happens, just let us know. It’s no big deal – we’d simply rather take care of it right away. The same goes for any minor damage: the sooner we know, the sooner we can fix it.

Yes, for a direct booking through our site we charge €12 per dog per night.
Can the dog stay alone in the apartment?
In principle: yes.
Please don’t leave your dog alone if they become restless, bark, or are stressed in unfamiliar surroundings.
Are there walking paths or dog-walking options nearby?
Yes – that’s exactly one of the great advantages of the location.
In Oetztal there are also numerous trails and tour options for excursions with your dog.

Are there special rules on hikes or alpine pastures?
