Our holiday apartments are located on the edge of the forest in Sautens, at the entrance to the Oetztal.
We have three holiday apartments available. We live in the fourth apartment ourselves, and while we generally keep a low profile so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed, we’re always here if you need us.
Pet-friendly
One dog is welcome in Apartments Adler and Uhu by prior arrangement.
We have three small dogs of our own, who usually won’t come into contact with guests – unless you’d like them to, of course. 😊
Non-smoking
All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and in the garden.
Free Parking
One free parking space is available for each apartment. Additional parking may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Garden
Our guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious, bee- and butterfly-friendly garden.
We don’t use any pesticides in our garden.
BBQ facilities
Our garden features a barbecue area with covered seating for our guests – a cozy spot to end the day with a relaxed barbecue.
Pool
How about a well-deserved dip after an action-packed day in the Oetztal?
Depending on the weather, the pool is available from June through September.
Location
Peaceful yet central location at the entrance to the Oetztal.
Perfectly located for day trips not only throughout the Oetztal, but also across the Tyrolean Oberland – including the neighboring Pitztal or a visit to Innsbruck.
