The Uhu holiday apartment offers plenty of space for families or couples traveling together on 71 m² with two separate bedrooms. Its own entrance and direct garden access give it a character all of its own.
In the front living area, large windows create a bright, friendly atmosphere. This is where the kitchen and the cozy dining nook are located – a lovely spot for breakfast together or a relaxed evening after an eventful day in the Ötztal. The bunk bed provides additional space for two more people in this area.
The bedroom with a Tyrolean four-poster bed has a small seating area and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, sofa, armchair, and TV. The corresponding bathroom offers a bathtub, washbasin, and towel radiator.

The Meise holiday apartment offers a cozy getaway with a special view on 52 m². The balcony, with its wide view over Sautens to the Acherkogel, gives it its very own character.
The living area invites you to relax with a cozy seating corner. The bunk bed offers additional space for two people here, while the large sofa bed can be converted into another sleeping option if needed. A flat-screen TV ensures cozy evenings.
The bedroom, individually crafted by a carpenter, is equipped with a “Tyrolean four-poster bed.” Behind it is a “walk-in closet,” and an additional built-in bed is available. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen and a toilet.
From the balcony, the view stretches over Sautens to the Acherkogel. Whether with your first coffee in the morning or in the last rays of the sun – here you can particularly enjoy the view of the Ötztal mountains.

In the living and sleeping area, three Tyrolean alcove beds – one single and one double bed – create a special ambiance. Above the double alcove bed, a skylight opens up a view of the Acherkogel. Another bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The living area invites you to relax with a couch, and a small flat-screen TV ensures relaxed evenings.
The kitchen is located in a bay-shaped room with a cozy corner bench and a view of the local mountain “Blossen.” The second balcony opens up a wide view over Sautens to the surrounding mountains and towards Ötzerau. Both balconies are exclusively at your disposal.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen.
