Are there any additional costs?
A final cleaning fee is added to the price of your stay.
More specifically:
- €71 for Apartments Adler and Meise
- €84 for Apartment Uhu.
In addition, a tourist tax of €5 per person per night applies year-round.
Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the tourist tax.
When can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A key safe also allows you to arrive later if needed.
Planning to arrive earlier?
Subject to availability, we’re happy to arrange an earlier check-in—just get in touch with us before you arrive.
Arriving later? No problem—just let us know in advance.
What time do I need to check out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Subject to availability, you’re welcome to stay a little longer. We can confirm a late check-out during your stay.
Please understand that when guests are checking out on the same day, we need enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for your arrival.
Can I pay by credit card on-site?
Yes, you can pay on-site by Maestro, Mastercard, or Visa. Cash payments are also welcome, of course.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes and no. Dogs are welcome in Apartments Adler and Uhu by prior arrangement only.
No cats, no snakes, definitely no dragons – dogs only, and only by prior arrangement. 😉
Where can I park?
Free parking is available for our guests right outside the house.
(Auf unserem Grundstück.)
One parking space per apartment is guaranteed. If you’re arriving with more than one car, additional parking is available along the street.
No reservation is required.
Is there a washing machine in the apartments?
No, unfortunately, there is no washing machine available for guests.
If you can keep a secret, we might just let you use our washing machine… but shhh, don’t tell anyone. 😉
Do we need to bring bed linen and towels?
No.
Your beds will be freshly made when you arrive. Towels and kitchen towels are also provided and ready for you.
I love coffee – what kind of coffee machine is available?
Our apartments are equipped with a Senseo coffee machine.
We’re also happy to provide a filter coffee maker upon request.
Are a baby crib and high chair available?
We’re happy to provide a travel crib and high chair free of charge upon request.
Please request and reserve them in advance.
