You relax in your holidays in a quiet, cozy apartment on the 1st floor.
The bedroom / living room has a bunk bed and a comfortable large sofa, which can be converted into a sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. The apartment has a large flat screen TV.
The bedroom is individually made by a carpenter. Behind the elegant farmer’s canopy bed is a walk-in closet. The bedroom has an additional built-in bed (single bed).
A large bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower-wall make the apartment complete.
Everything in the titmouse was designed and furnished with love.
The huge balcony is at your disposal and offers one of the best views in Sautens on the valley. The view of the mountain lifts invites you to the snow-sure ski area and to the huts. A little further south, the majestic “Acherkogel” towers 3020 meters high in front of your eyes – within your reach.

The apartment eagle is located on the 2nd floor of our house.
In the living / sleeping area you sleep in three original Tyrolean niche beds (one single and one double bed).
Another room has two single beds.
The eagle has a large bathroom with tub / shower-wall with many shelves.
The living room is perfect for relaxing including a sofa and a small flat screen TV. Following is the kitchenette with a unique design and a corner seat in a bay-shaped balcony. From here you can enjoy the view to the local mountain, the “Blossen” with 2600 m altitude.
A second balcony will spoil you with a beautiful valley view. From here you can see the mountain lifts that will take you to the huts or the ski area in Hochoetz. Both balconies are all alone for you and your family.
